OUR CREATIVE APPROACH STARTED WITH THE CHALLENGE FROM OUR CLIENTS TO ‘BE LESS REAL ESTATE’. WE TOOK INSPIRATION FROM THE STATE OF FLUX THAT IS DAY-TO-DAY BUSINESS – UPENDING THE ASSUMPTIONS, THE HABITS AND THE CLICHÉS – AND EMBRACING THE NEW REALITY; THAT NO DAY IS THE SAME AS THE LAST, AND OLD RULES NO LONGER APPLY.
